Spring flood outlook to be presentedby Mary Le Arneal
National Weather Service Valley office hydrologist will present current flood outlook and will be available to answer questions from the public about the 2020 spring flood outlook. The session will last about an hour and a half and contain multimedia presentation about flood outlook and ice surveillance. Individual preparedness material will also be available. The presentation is being sponsored by the city of Fremont, Dodge County Emergency Management and the National Weather Service. There is also a 20 hour Community Emergency Response Team training beginning Friday, Feb. 21, 7-10 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 22, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 23, 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. This is a positive and realistic approach to emergency and disaster situations.
