Halloween '08
Businesses in downtown North Bend hosted trick-or-treaters from 5 to 6 p.m. on Halloween. With Oct. 31 falling on a Friday evening and little ghosts and goblins enjoying blue skies and 70 degree weather, the event was a great success. <<Back to the front page
