The Blessings Food Pantry is available to families in need within the North Bend Central school district. It is supported by St. Charles Catholic Church, St. Peter Lutheran Church and the United Presbyterian Church. It offers a variety of canned and packaged foods, frozen meats, bread, milk, eggs and fresh produce in season.

There are areas in each church where canned, stable food items can be donated. There is also a collection site at the North Bend Public Library.

Anyone with fresh produce, eggs, meat, milk or items needing refrigeration are asked to make arrangements by calling Andrea Eveland at 605-201-8808 or the Presbyterian church at 402-652-8361 mornings. One can also donate during the hours the pantry is open.

The pantry is open the first and third Mondays of the month from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. It will not be open Labor Day, the first Monday in September.
It is open every Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and every Thursday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
