Wisner ended Howells' two-year title streak and secures its first championship appearance. Awaiting the Beef are the top-seeded Dodge Gamecocks, who make their second straight finals appearance and seek their first Farmland championship.

The semifinals will be played among the top four seeds as Howells and West Point survive a high-scoring first round.

Note: Because of a gym scheduling conflict in Howells, the Clarkson-Howells game will be played in Clarkson.

The 2019 playoffs are set, with Dodge and Wisner earning the top seeds and byes, with Howells, winners of three of the last four Golden Tractors, lying in wait at No. 3. Dodge is looking to make its second straight appearance in the finals, while Wisner is aiming for its first championship appearance. West Point, who has won three in a row in blowout fashion, hosts the other first round game.
